Marc Wahl, PT, MS, OCS, Cert. MDT
Marc Wahl graduated with distinguished student and highest clinical achievement awards from Touro College in Bay Shore in 1998. Marc continually undertakes formal training in leading physical therapy techniques. He worked and studied for three years at Southside Health Institute in Bay Shore and is one of just nine physical therapists in Suffolk County certified in McKenzie neck and back mechanical diagnosis. Marc has formerly studied the ostopathic system from faculty at Michigan State University, the Maitland program, the Neuro-Orthopedic Institutes's program in mobilization of the nervous system, sports therapy and cranialsacral techniques. Marc is also a certified orthopedic specialist through the APTA. Marc is the clinic manager in Riverhead.
Marc's passion is the golf and the treatment of golfers. Marc is a single digit handicap golfer and is starting to play in tournaments. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional Level 3 certified golf fitness instructor and a Kvest biomechanical specialist. Marc has been serving the east end of Long Island’s rehabilitation community since 1992 and has spent his graduate and doctorate studies focused on orthopedics and sports performance. Marc is unique in his education background as the only physical therapist certified by Titleist Performance Institute and Bentley Kinetics K-Vest in the nation. His exhaustive studies of human movement patterns and how they relate to sports performance and injury prevention have identified him as the expert to bring our athlete development program to the public and help our athletes reach their potential.

Anna is graduated from the University of Hartford with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. She has been working at NFPT since. Anna recently was published in a Pediatric Journal with research related to children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.

Dr. Scott Czujko, PT, DPT, OCS, Cert. MDT, CHT, CSCS
Scott Czujko graduated from Touro College in 1996 with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. He was also awarded a "High Clinical Achievement Award". Scott worked at the University Hospital at Stony Brook for six years. Experience included working with aquatics, orthotics, vestibular and balance, and sports related cases. Scott joined North Fork Physical Therapy in 2002. He studied and passed the Clinical Specialist exam in Orthopedics in 2003 and is now a Board Certified Orthopedics Clinical Specialist. In 2004, he also successfully passed the rigorous McKenzie Credentialing exam and is now one of only a handful of McKenzie Certified Therapists in Suffolk County. He also passed the intense hand therapy exam to become a Certified Hand Therapist in 2005. In the Spring of 2006, Scott completed his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy through Touro College. Dr. Czujko is also involved in the prevention of athletic injuries by prescreening and evaluating high school and college athletes. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2008. Scott became a partner in North Fork Physical Therapy in November of 2004. He is the clinic manager at the Cutchogue office and also the clinical director of NFPT responsible to make sure the evaluation and treatement is at the highest level.
Scott is married and lives in Mattituck with his three children.Scott is active in the community and volunteers for the fire department and is an AEMT. Scott is also a yearly participant in the Mighty North Fork Triathlon.
