This course is designed to not only get you in the best physical condition of your life but to educate, inspire, and motivate you to apply these fitness principles the rest of your life!
Marc Wahl and his staff have been serving the east end of Long Island’s rehabilitation community since 1992. Marc spent his graduate and doctorate studies focused on orthopedics and sports performance.
He has completed the Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional Program and has been asked to become an assistant medical instructor for their national and international seminars.
This passion for fitness and health has not gone unnoticed in the local community. Many have asked Marc to offer some kind of program that would allow them to continue training under his guidance.
So after much thought, the 10 Week Challenge was created. Not just any fad body shaping program, but a program that has accountability, progress reports, medical supervision, and real data to support your fitness goals.
Kimberly French, instructing along with Marc, is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, ACE certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Consultant, and is currently a Yoga Therapist in training.
She has been instructing for 10 years and personal training for 15 years. Kim’s passion for integrating the different arts has led to her own style of fitness. She has seen hundreds of students reach their fitness goals and surpass them through programs she has offered in the past.
Her never-too-serious energy will put you at ease while developing expert technique.
All classes will integrate the entire body and are designed for all levels of fitness. In a single class, you can expect to get the effects of high intensity, low impact total-body cardio plus strength training, yoga, and mental-focus techniques. You will create lean muscle without the bulk.
Class Descriptions:
Full Body Integration – a fusion of yoga, strength training, cardio, and martial arts.
Core Power Classes – this class works the abs from all positions.
Golf Fitness Classes – Rotational Sport Specific Program – great for all sports performance athletes and fitness enthusiasts that want to take their goals to the next level.

Why will this program work for me?
When you first join, you will make an appointment for a fitness evaluation. Based on your results, you will be assigned a web page assessing your weaknesses and/ asymmetries. At 5 weeks, and 10 weeks there will be additional fitness evaluations. We will be checking your progress, how close you are to your goals, and you will see the actual results in the data. There will be accountability for all involved. Are we doing our job? And are you?
Can I join at anytime?
Yes, you can join at anytime. Your first class is the beginning of your journey to ten weeks.
Can I attend any class at any time… day or night?
Yes, class descriptions are listed. There will be 6 different classes offered during the week.
How much will it cost me?
$35 a week - Far less than a personal trainer….. and you will be medically supervised while reaching your fitness goals.
What do I wear?
Everyone is encouraged to dress comfortably.
Will I be able to do the program?
Maybe you have not worked out in a while, or maybe you have never worked out at all….
Yes, you will be able to do this program. Whether you just quit smoking, just had a baby, or find yourself wanting to get ready for a marathon, this program will bring you to the next level. We encourage all men and women to go at their own pace; to listen to their bodies and not perform from a place of ego or competitiveness.
How do I maintain once I am done with the 10 weeks?
After 10 weeks you can rejoin for another 10 week program or you can join our monthly maintenance program. But make no mistake about it, you will be getting an education during the course of our program. One that will inspire you to maintain your fitness level for the rest of your life!
